Returns and Refunds

If you have a problem with your online purchase either email us at shop@londonsuits.co or call +1(702)-738-8064 between 9am and 5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. We can either exchange merchandise for a better fit or we will email you a shipping label for the return of merchandise. Returns may also be returned to any one of the London Suits CO. location with a copy of your Invoice.

Returns or Exchange Internet merchandise needs to be as follows for full credit.

·Unworn clothing with tags still attached

·Shoes unworn and still in the box

·Shirts still in the wrapper (one shirt may be opened for sizing)

·Altered clothing will be charged $10 un-hemming per pant.

Returns and Exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return.

Once the returned merchandise has been received a credit will be applied to the credit card account of the original charge. Some Banks do not credit your account for a few days after our transaction. You will need to call your Bank for further assistance.
